Order Processing:
In most instances, orders submitted before 8am PST will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 8am, they will typically be shipped the following day, except when ordered on a Friday, in which case your order will be shipped the following Monday. If you happen to place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow for additional processing time. It’s important to note that this estimate does not include the actual shipping duration, which will be specified when you select your shipping option during checkout. Shipping Methods:
We utilize USPS, FedEx and UPS as our primary shipping carriers for all packages.
For USPS orders, please be aware that they are processed and shipped on USPS business days, which include Monday through Saturday. It’s important to note that all our shipping methods operate exclusively on business days, which are Monday through Friday.
Delivery Times:
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details. Orders eligible for our complimentary shipping offer will be dispatched via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail for larger orders. Typically, you can expect delivery within 2 to 8 business days from the date of order processing. USPS Priority Mail shipments usually arrive within 2 to 4 days after being shipped. It’s important to keep in mind that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.
Due to the high volume of packages handled by USPS, please be patient as tracking information may not be updated for several days. Updates may only occur once your package reaches your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS generally provides reliable and prompt service, occasional errors and delays may arise. Back Orders:
In the rare event that a product from your order becomes unavailable, we will make an effort to reach out to you to discuss a suitable replacement item.
