Yes, this is the same KANHA brand that you know from dispensaries, but we expanded our premium, lab-tested and reliable products into the federally legal hemp market, maintaining the same high quality.
Yes, our products feature genuine hemp-derived cannabis components. THC, whether derived from federally legal hemp or state-legal cannabis, is the same compound with the same effects.
Hemp-derived THC is legal in all 50 states of the United States of America. It is derived from the hemp plant which is legal to sell and consume due to the 2018 Farm Bill Act.
Hemp and cannabis are the same plant. The only difference is in legality. A plant is considered “cannabis” if it contains more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. If it has 0.3% THC or less on a dry weight basis, it’s considered “hemp”. The THC from hemp and cannabis are the same.
While our gummies are safe for the top most common allergens, there are some less common allergens in our products that could cause a reaction. Please consult with a medical professional to see if you have any allergies.
We do not process gluten in our facilities and neither do our vendors. Our products should be safe for someone with Celiac disease or gluten intolerances. It’s always best to consult with a medical professional first to make sure.

Everyone’s body is different, so the effects of our products aren’t going to be identical for every person. Some people only need a very tiny amount to get strong effects from edibles, while others need to consume a lot to feel anything. Unfortunately, in some rare circumstances, edibles just don’t work. One of the main reasons edibles aren’t working is due to genetic variations in liver enzymes. Our gummies only contain cannabinoids, no other intoxicating substances. You might want to try a smaller dose.
If you had one of our older gummies that contain gelatin, they are made with bovine-based gelatin (comes from cows). They are not Kosher or Halal certified.
Our newer batches now do not use gelatin and are completely vegan.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for solvents and pesticides, which includes:

- foreign material

Every batch of hemp oil is lab tested to ensure that it is free of solvents and pesticides before we introduce it into our gummy production process. Every batch is triple lab tested throughout the process to ensure that no contamination occurred during production and packaging. Lab Results are available on our website.
The best way to store KANHA gummies is in their original packaging at room temperature – between 68 and 72 F to preserve their pillowy texture. You can also store them in the fridge to preserve the freshness.
All the colors we use are naturally derived from fruits and vegetables. For example, our natural red color is derived from beets.

Shipping
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and going to Account and Orders. You can view each of your orders and see what the status is. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that once an order is with a shipping carrier, KANHA has no control over the speed and delivery of the order.
Orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days. They are shipped out within 48 hours of being placed.
Many factors can contribute to a delivery getting delayed, including weather conditions, postal courier errors, incorrect address information, high-volume shipping times like the holidays and other factors. We have no control over the speed at which your order is delivered once it’s been given to the shipping carrier.
When placing an order, please make sure you have put the correct shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address and it will be shipped to whatever shipping address you put on your order.
At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS/UPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. KANHA Life is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately we cannot ship to countries outside of the US at the moment.
